STATEMENT:​ PASS Coalition members are committed to preventing the sale of counterfeits on our platforms, and dedicate substantial resources to prevent counterfeit listings, combat bad actors, and protect consumers. PASS remains concerned that the SHOP SAFE Act will harm American small businesses and entrepreneurs who sell online without preventing counterfeits from reaching consumers. The PASS Coalition remains committed to working with the bill’s sponsors to limit the sale of counterfeits without harming American small businesses and consumers.
